At AquaNode, customer satisfaction is a priority. We offer reliable hosting services for Minecraft, Rust, and Discord bots, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for all our clients. However, if a service does not meet your expectations, we have implemented a 48-hour refund policy to allow you to evaluate your service and request a refund, if necessary, within this window. This document outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed, the specific terms for each service we offer, and important exclusions.
1. General Refund Policy
Our 48-hour refund policy applies to all services unless otherwise specified. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility Window: Refunds are only available within 48 hours of the purchase. This means that the clock starts at the moment your order is confirmed.
New Purchases: The refund policy only applies to first-time purchases of a service. Renewals, recurring charges, or additional services (such as extra RAM or storage) are not eligible for refunds.
Payment Methods: Refunds are returned to the original method of payment used during purchase. We do not refund to alternative payment methods.
Service Setup: If the service is manually set up by our team and customization work is required, such setup fees may not be eligible for refund, depending on the scope of the work involved.

Transaction ID: The unique ID provided during your transaction, which is essential for verification.

Reason for Refund: Please provide a detailed reason for your request. Understanding your concerns helps us improve our services.
Service Details: Specify whether the refund is for Minecraft, Rust, or Discord bot hosting services.
Processing Time: Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 1-2 business days. Refunds, once approved, will take 5-7 business days to reflect in your payment method, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of the service is faulty or where additional resources were purchased, partial refunds may be considered. Our team will assess the specific case and determine eligibility.

Each service type (Minecraft, Rust, and Discord bot hosting) comes with its own refund criteria, as the technical requirements and issues may vary.
Minecraft Hosting Refund Policy
We offer world-class Minecraft hosting services, but if you encounter problems during the first 48 hours, you can request a refund. Here are the specific conditions:
Eligibility: Refund requests will only be honored if submitted within 48 hours of the purchase.
Custom Server Modifications: Refunds will not be granted if your server has been extensively customized or if performance issues arise from third-party mods, plugins, or custom software installed by you.
Misuse or Abuse: If it is found that the server was used for malicious activities, such as DDoS attacks, hacking, or other illegal activities, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Refund in Balance: If you prefer not to have the refund returned to your payment method, the refund amount can be converted into AquaNode Balance and used for future purchases. This can be advantageous for users who may want to upgrade their Minecraft hosting plan or purchase additional services.
Server Migration: Refunds are not applicable in cases where server migration to another provider is in progress after the 48-hour window has expired.
Rust Hosting Refund Policy
Our Rust hosting service is optimised for performance and stability, but if you experience issues within the first 48 hours, you may qualify for a refund.
Eligibility: As with Minecraft, refunds are only available within the first 48 hours of service activation.
Server Mismanagement: Refunds will not be provided for performance issues caused by improper server management, including poorly configured mods, resource overloading, or user-installed modifications that lead to instability or crashes.
Hardware Failures: If your server experiences hardware-related failures or downtime due to AquaNode’s infrastructure, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and compensation may include extended service time rather than direct refunds.
Abuse and Violations: Refunds will be denied if the server is found to be used for illegal activities or if there is clear evidence of abuse, such as using the service to exploit vulnerabilities.
Balance Usage: Any remaining credit on your AquaNode account can be used to upgrade your Rust server, increase resource allocation, or purchase other services but is not eligible for withdrawal or refund.
Discord Bot Hosting Refund Policy
AquaNode offers seamless hosting for Discord bots, ensuring reliability and uptime. However, if the service does not meet your needs within the initial 48 hours, you may request a refund.
Eligibility: Refunds for Discord bot hosting follow the same 48-hour policy. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
Third-Party Integrations: Refunds will not be given for problems caused by external or third-party integrations, bots, or scripts installed by the user. Our hosting guarantees the platform’s stability, but it does not cover issues from third-party dependencies.
Server Abuse: Abuse of the hosting service, such as hosting malicious bots or engaging in spam or other violations of Discord’s terms of service, will result in immediate denial of a refund request.
Balance Utilization: Any account balance credited to your AquaNode account from a refund can be used for other Discord bot hosting services or upgrades.
4. Non-Accepted Refund Requests
Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Outside the 48-Hour Window: Refund requests made after the 48-hour eligibility window will be automatically denied.
Violation of Terms of Service: If it is found that the service was used in violation of AquaNode’s terms of service, including but not limited to hosting illegal content, DDoS attacks, or hacking, refunds will not be processed.
User Mismanagement: If performance issues or crashes are caused by improper server configuration, third-party mods, or plugins installed by the customer, AquaNode is not liable, and refunds will not be provided.
Third-Party Issues: AquaNode does not offer refunds for problems caused by third-party services or applications that you integrate with your hosted services.
Balance Non-Refundable: Any balance on your AquaNode account is non-withdrawable and non-refundable. However, it can be used for future service purchases, upgrades, or extensions.
